Richwood High School
Richwood, WV
Richwood High School, located at the edge of the Monongahela National Forest in central West Virginia, is in its second year of a federally mandated school improvement process. Thanks to funds from the fededral stimulus program, the school has instituted a number of reforms that have led to a 18 percent improvement in test scores. RHS was one of the few high schools in West Virginia and the nation to meet AYP (adequate yearly progress) last year.
